The LA Kalbi was marinated and cooked to perfection, tender, flavorful, and exactly what you'd hope for. The cold spicy noodles were a great complement to the meal, with a satisfying chewy bounce and a sauce that struck a wonderful balance between sweet and spicy. This place has definitely earned a spot on my regular rotation.
